From I-64 (east or west) or from I-95 (north of Richmond):

• Take I-195 South to the Grove Avenue/Cary Street exit
• Take right off exit ramp to stop sign
• At stop sign, take right and go 1 block to stoplight at Grove Avenue
• Take right on Grove Avenue
• Take first right on Berrington Court, just after crossing I-195 bridge

From I-95 (south of Richmond):

• Take I-95 North to Downtown Expressway
• Head west on Expressway through toll
• Take Cary Street/Floyd Avenue exit
• Follow exit to stoplight
• Take left on Thompson Street at stoplight
• Go 1 block to stoplight and take left on Grove Avenue
• Take immediate left on Berrington Court

From Powhite Parkway:

• Cross James River and bear left onto I-195 North
• Take Grove Avenue/Patterson Avenue exit
• Take right off of exit ramp onto Thompson Street
• Take right at stoplight on Grove Avenue
• Take immediate left on Berrington Court

From Downtown or the Fan:

• Go west on Main Street
• Main Street turns into Ellwood Avenue
• Follow Ellwood until it ends at Thompson Street
• Take right on Thompson and go to second stoplight
• Take left on Grove Avenue
• Take immediate left on Berrington Court
