Intentional Torts
Intentional tort cases are where someone purposely caused and injury to another person. These cases are often hard to pursue
because insurance companies do not cover intentional acts. The only way to make a recovery is from the person that intentionally
caused the harm. Most often the person causing the injury does not have assets making it very difficult to make a recovery.
If you can prove an intentional tort then you are entitle to be compensated for the damages discussed in the Personal Injury page.
In addition to those you may be entitled to punitive damages which are also discussed in the Personal Injury page.
